CHEERS FOR CHILDREN: CHARITY GALA TO BENEFIT AREA CHILDREN’S CHARITIES RETURNS

January 2010, St. Louis: As the full-throttle action and excitement surrounding the St. Louis Auto Show reaches maximum capacity, ALIVE Magazine, Larson Allen and the Saint Louis Auto Dealer’s Association are taking time out to help some worthy causes in style.
On Saturday, January 30th the second annual Cheers for Children! Charity Gala will be held from 7:00 to 11:00 PM at the America’s Center. Tickets cost $50 and include valet parking, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and an exclusive after-hours tour of the showroom floor. PaintJam artist Dan D unn will perform his special blend of visual and performing art and live music will be provided courtesy of Fresh Heir and DJ Mahf. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit several local children’s charities, including the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Cardinals Care, Make-a-Wish Foundation, St. Louis Crisis Nursery and Team Activities for Special Kids (TASK).
A special after party will be held at Mosaic Lounge, St. Louis’ premier contemporary late night destination, with a complimentary cocktail and special live performances from area DJs.
