Reserve our Meeting Facilities
The St. Louis Auto Dealers Association invites our members to use our meeting facilities as often as possible. We’re ready to host your next training session, sales meeting or other event of any kind.
With two meeting rooms – Board Room and Conference Room – capable of handling both small and large events, a full-range of audio/visual equipment, Internet access, ample parking and a food prep area, we offer a convenient and effective setting for your gathering.
There is no charge to use our facilities for SLADA members. Please see the User Guidelines for all specifics concerning use of the facilities.

Conference Room
This room offers meeting space for up to 50 people, with great flexibility in seating arrangements and audio/visual capabilities.
Seating configurations go from just a few tables arranged how you wish to a full class-room style.
State of the art audio/visual equipment includes three 80 inch TV’s that can be used in conjunction with any laptop via HMDI connection and a premium sound bar.
Satellite TV and Wireless Internet Access is available.
Board Room
The Board Room sits up to 16 people around a large, rectangular table.
The Board Room features a 60″ flat screen TV and a 4′ x 6′ white “erasable” board. If you use your own projector the white board works wonderfully as a viewing screen.
Wireless Internet access is available.
User Guidelines
The Conference Room and Board Room are assigned based on the expected attendance numbers and audio/visual needs. Due to the fluctuating attendance and/or program changes, the Association reserves the right to change room assignments to accommodate the needs of each group.
Conference Room maximum capacity is 40 people. Board Room maximum capacity is 13 people.
Both rooms are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Association will provide coffee service and ice. You may arrange catering for all your needs with whomever you wish. Feel free to contact the Association for any suggestions for a caterer.
Cancellation Policy
While there is no charge for the use of either room any cancellation must be made two (2) days prior to the scheduled meeting. This will allow the Association to cancel the specially scheduled cleaning. If a cancellation via phone (314-822-0333) is not received in a timely matter you may be held responsible for the trip fee for the cleaning crew.
Smoking Policy
The Association has a no-smoking policy. However, smoking is allowed outside the building, with smoker’s oasis for your convenience.
Decorations and Displays
Display items, banners and signage may not be affixed to any door, stationary wall, floor or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.
